Prorated according to the market share of MCT repertoires.
Minimum Guarantee is calculated from MCT market share of at least 50%
The Licensee shall provide MCT with the Statements of Gross Revenue and Performance Statement for the purpose of license fees calculation.
Different rate from above may be applied to some musical works.
All of the above tariff does not include any other rights that are not expressly stated. Those other rights should be filed for permission and require a separate license.
The license rates are exclusive of 7% VAT
