3 Types Of Membership

Provisional Member

Provisional Member

Provisional Member refers to a Composer/ Author, their Successor (heir), or Publishers who have granted full rights for all royalty collections. The member has been registered for less than 1 year and still has not earned copyright royalties. Therefore, they are ineligible to receive UPA* payments, vote, or serve on the board of directors.

General Member

General Member

General Member refers to a Composer/ Author, their Successor (heir), or Publishers who have granted full rights for all royalty collections. The General Member must have a 1-year membership with a minimum annual royalty income exceeding 2,000 Baht. They are eligible to receive UPA* payments and have voting rights, including the right to run for a Board Committee.

Associate Member

Associate Member

Associate Member refers to a Composer/ Author or Successor (heir) or Publisher who has granted only partial rights or authorized only specific types of collection. Therefore, they are ineligible to receive UPA* payments, vote, or serve on the board of directors.
